May i know your:
- CIS/CFW version ?
- Win version along with system bit type ?
- Any other security software installed in your pc other than CIS/CFW ? as we don’t recommend customers to use several security software simultaneously which may create performance issue, crash…etc.
- Any software involved to make cmdagent cpu’s high ?
- could you please share us the cmdagent causes high cpu screenshot ?
