Run a malware&suspicious scanning.
Lots of files are always detected (even submitted more than once).
Some files were uploaded and, suddenly, the interface crashed.
I was browsing with Firefox and other applications running are Word, Outlook.
I’ll try it again.
Security is on my signature.
Hi Tech,
I will transmit to QA your issue and check it out as soon as posible. It is on your real or virtual machine?
Does anyone has the same problem? Because we tested it on a lot of computer types.
What system from there remains up? Or was on all systems?
Win7 Pro x32 4Gb RAM AIS
Virtualbox XP SP3 CIS & Defense+
Truecrypt (encryption)
Comodo Time Machine (advanced system restore)
Mozy (free remote backup)
Some unknown file submissions fail with no indication of failure in the user interface. In at least one case, I know that the entire file wasn’t transmitted because it’s a large file and couldn’t have been submitted in the timeframe involved.
Is there a maximum file size that can be submitted?
There is no extra verification.
I will check out the windows functions but they must not fail.
Can you tell me what`s the file size and if you have installed a kind of firewall or other security?
If I recall, the file was the installer for Evernote v3.1.0.1107. It’s approximately 21 MB in size. I tried multiple times; it failed (silently) every time. I was using Windows built-in firewall, and also Prevx. Other files transferred successfully using the same configuration.
When CCS is run under a limited account (XP Pro SP3), the last scan date does not change. Only when CCS is run with an Administrator type account does the date change.
