Comodo Cloud Antivirus causes my computer not to connect to the server

When I have Comodo Cloud Antivirus installed on my computer it causes my Windows 7 Home Premium not to connect to server when booting up the computer. Hope someone can tell me why this is happening. Even after it uninstalled all the conflicting programs it still was causing my Windows 7 Home Premium Version not to connect to the server when booting up the computer and i had to uninstall it because of this problem. Why is this antivirus program doing this to my windows server when booting up the computer? And how can i fix this issue?

Hi Sal Blandino,

Do you have any other Security related products installed?

As we seen one user had same issue with CIS but after uninstalling Spybot Anti-Beacon. The issue was resolved.

If not, will further check what cause the issue.

I did have other security related products installed and even after Comodo Cloud Antivirus uninstalled the conflicting programs, the problem still persisted which means it has to be something with Comodo Cloud Antivirus itself

Now CCAV has an option to block internet connection for sandboxed apps.
Check if you enabled this feature, maybe the file trying to connect to the server gets sandboxed before the GUI appears, so you are not aware of it
