CCE is very old. 
i use ccleaner
CCleaner is not a malware scanner.
use ccleaner for things like cookies,temp files ect. use malware anti malware for a malware scanner
will this remove the one that came with initial d.l. of cis? or will it give me 2?
You need to unpack in a folder that is not the same as the CIS installation folder. This version is older. I would keep them separated.
