Comodo Chromodo 43 is now available for download.

Hi USSS.

Can you show us the supported cipher suites as listed on https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html

Thanks.

Hi Guys,
No issue here with Dragon.

 --cipher-suite-blacklist=0xcc15,0x009e,0x0039,0x0033

Kind regards.

Here you are:
TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 (0xc02b) Forward Secrecy 128
TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 (0xc02f) Forward Secrecy 128
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 (0x9e) Forward Secrecy 128
TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256 (0xcc14) Forward Secrecy 256
TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256 (0xcc13) Forward Secrecy 256
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256 (0xcc15) Forward Secrecy 256
TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA (0xc00a) Forward Secrecy 256
TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA (0xc014) Forward Secrecy 256
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA (0x39) Forward Secrecy 256
TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA (0xc009) Forward Secrecy 128
TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA (0xc013) Forward Secrecy 128
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA (0x33) Forward Secrecy 128
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 (0x9c) 128
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA (0x35) 256
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA (0x2f) 128
TLS_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA (0xa) 112
TLS_EMPTY_RENEGOTIATION_INFO_SCSV (0xff)

Thanks.

The following suites being supported tells me that the command was not used.

TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 (0x9e) Forward Secrecy 128
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256 (0xcc15) Forward Secrecy 256
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA (0x39) Forward Secrecy 256
TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA (0x33) Forward Secrecy 128

You can see used commands on chrome://version/

What do I need to do then to resolve the issue? Here are the used commands:

Command Line:
“E:\Program Files\Comodo Dragon\dragon.exe” --ssl-version-min=tls1 --process-per-site --cipher-suite-blacklist=0xcc15,0x009e,0x0039,0x0033 --cipher-suite-blacklist=0x0004,0x0005,0xc011,0xc007 --flag-switches-begin --flag-switches-end

You have --cipher-suite-blacklist=0xcc15,0x009e,0x0039,0x0033 and --cipher-suite-blacklist=0x0004,0x0005,0xc011,0xc007.

Either combine them (--cipher-suite-blacklist=0xcc15,0x009e,0x0039,0x0033,0x0004,0x0005,0xc011,0xc007), or remove the latter one.

JoWa, combining the blacklist strings resolved my issue, and Comodo Dragon now passes the Logjam vulnerability test once again. Thank you very much for your prompt, expert assistance. 8)

I get that on my chromodo browser

Hi
For the Logjam vulnerability follow the steps below.

  1. Right click your browser shortcut and select properties.
  2. Open the shortcut tab of the properties.
  3. Allow a space and add the below code to the target field.
  4. Click apply and OK.
--cipher-suite-blacklist=0xcc15,0x009e,0x0039,0x0033

Kind regards.

Today Chromodo got updated to 43.3.3.177. Any change log ?

Hi Rafale,
Mine also updated, sorry I am yet to see any sign of release notes.

Kind regards.

I just noticed the update too. There is no change log at the moment.

It seems .177 version they have removed Comodo DNS option.
I am running portable Chromodo. I had .176 version & CDNS option was there but after updating to .177 CDNS option is not there.

Hi yessnooo,
Sure you are not confusing Chromodo with Dragon, as far as I am aware the Secure DNS option was never available with Chromodo? (Screenshot)

Thanks.

Just now I have downloaded & installed Chromodo portable. I was customizing settings & Comodo DNS option was there. I got updates available popup. Downloaded & installed updates & after updates DNS option was not there.

I updated the non portable version and I don’t have the Secure DNS.

May be there is a difference between portable and regular installation? Can others shine a light here?

Hi Eric,
My screenshot in my previous post is using the portable version 43.3.3.176.
The Secure DNS option is not available in my installed or portable versions.
Back in Chromium Secure 36 it was requested, but AFAIK it never got implemented.
A bit strange what is happening to yessnooo.

Kind regards.

Guys,

I meant was yesterday I downloaded Chromodo from this thread from the 1st post. The link took me to Chromodo download website. The download link there took me to download.com.

I downloaded & installed Chromodo portable. I was customizing settings & saw DNS option & thought its been implemented. But then I got upgrade available popup & installed the updates. And then I saw DNS option was not there. I thought either corrupt upgrade or DNS option has been removed for some reason. So I posted here & came to know that DNS have not been implemented in Chromodo yet. But I am sure I saw the DNS option in the settings. So guess this was a strange experience.

Anyway no probs.

UPDATE - I again tried Chromodo portable install & this time DNS option was not there. So guess the previous was a strange install here or may be I saw it wrong.

Anyway portable is working fine…may be will install Chromodo & make it my main browser & uninstall Chrome. But waiting to see if upgrade will be fast or not in future…though they have assured but the upgrades are mostly stalled for long.

When can we expect an update to Chromium 44?

Locked and unstickied because of the release of Chromodo 44.
