Comodo BOClean update error

I got an error message saying that “BOClean autoupdate problem! Error getting BOC423.XVU. Sorry…Try again.”

However, I love Comodo BoClean Anti-Malware. Keep up the good work Comodo and Kevin!!!

There are several posts on update problems with helpful answers, have you read any of these yet?
Which OS?
Is IE in “Offline” mode?

Did you try the Updater in the startup folder?

Did you give “Modify” and “Write” rights to the Limited users?

Did you install in admin mode?
Have you rebooted?

I am the Admin. I checked to see if I was in offline mode, but was not. I have Win. XP SP2 and IE 7. NOthing is helping.

Can you answer the other questions so I know where to go next?
Also, can you look to see that BOC423.XVU is installed in your C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BOC423?

Could it somehow be related to the connection to the update server? Seems different than any error message I’ve seen on any of the PCs we’ve been running BOClean on. Based on what I see when my PC updates, it connects via ftp to download the BOC423XVU file. So maybe an ftp error?

BOC423.XVU is installed in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BOC423

I installed on Admin.

I rebooted.

I will try writing the admin and limited users rights.
