Comodo Big Screen in Netbook

I use Netbook and would like to decrease the size of HIPS settings screen, I can not click on Apply and then OK. Can anyone help me?

To click on the Apply or OK button I maximize the settings screen and then use the up and down arrows to go to the bottom to the OK and Apply buttons. That how I manage on my netbook with 1024*600 screen running CIS 6 on Windows 8.
