Comodo backup screen appears on startup (help update needed)

I have just installed backup (vs 1.0.1.10) and like what I see very much :). I have scheduled several weekly jobs. and have all the boxes checked under general options (start with windows, hide splash screen, minimise while running, minise to tray on close, animated icon while working) but the Comodo backup window appears (and remains) on screen each time I start up and I have to manually close it.
Is there a way to prevent this happening (and not lose the scheduler)?
I am running Windows XP sp2.

It seems from looking at other threads the Help file is no longer correct when it says Backup must be running for a scheduled job to run, so I will just uncheck the “start with Windows” option.
If I have this wrong, could someone please advise me.
