Comodo backup doesn't works

For a few days now, Comodo Backup hasn’t been working. It stopped working after the program completed a full backup on a new hard drive and was verifying the data integrity, near the end. Since then, the program starts, whether I launch it manually or it starts automatically at the scheduled backup time, but the window doesn’t appear. The program is running because I can see it in the taskbar, but if I click on it, the window doesn’t show up.
Any suggestions?
I was thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling it. In this case, is it possible to save the profiles so that I can import them later? In which folders can I find them?
