Thank you for your feedback.
This is only a beta version and the GUI will be improved in the next versions.
We are looking into the transparency problem to see if we can come up with a better implementation.

Until then any feedback is appreciated.

Maybe put the help, minimize and close buttons on a semi-transparent grey panel (like the backup and restore ones), rather than have them free floating.
