In the above RealTime Protection/Detection Test Comodo AV & UnThreat AV were TOP 2.
So this RealTime Protection/Detection Test. I included Avast AV coz currently these are the 3 AV’s on my 3 systems.
Comodo AV - Only AV Defaults (D+ & SandBox Disabled)
UnThreat AV - Defaults & Check Files when Open/Copied Enabled
Avast AV - Defaults & PUP Enabled
MDL, MBL, Malc0de & CleanMX. I downloaded malware dated Jan 19 2012 from these sites i.e only malware of date Jan 19 2012 on these sites downloaded.
RightClick Scan & remaining were executed to check if they are detected.
Checked to remove duplicate malware i.e same malware file.
A simple test & not professional.
257 Zero-Day Malware.

- Comodo AV - Detected - 188 , Missed - 69
- PandaCloud - Detected - 179 , Missed - 78 ( I counted Not Neutralized as Missed - See Note Below )
