Comodo and utorrent alert

Can someone plz explain this to me and is it safe?
I’ve used utorrent before but never had to deal with alerts so I hope I did the right thing by allowing?

I forgot to add the screenshot above where cis has made a rule svchosts.exe…is this normal/safe?

I was using internet security but I have changed to proactive to be as secure as possible, so can someone tell me the best settings to use for bittorrent without having a ton of alerts/requests?

Your Application rules for utorrent shows two inbound rules but no outbound rules? Perhaps this will help.

With regard to the svchost connection, are you using Windows 7? If so, can you run and ipconfig /all from a command prompt and post the results.

That’s what comodo has put there from the alerts i’ve had so far, what other rules should be there?

win 7…
