Comdo Mobile APP Lock trrying to recover and recieve Pin but I receive no e-mail

I am trying to reset pattern on mobile app Lock application, I click on forgot pattern then click send to receive an e-mail to have a security code to unlock it
But no e-mail from COMODO. what should be next to resolve this issue?

Some times mail goes inside Spam folder, will you please check your Spam mails.
