Hi forum members,
Using the email authenticity security code for awhile, everything seemed fine until some people started to complain that I was sending them a long page full of code. I.e., the coding of the certificate showed up in the reading pane of their emails instead of being hidden. It looks like terrible spam.
I posted this before some month ago but never recieved a reply. Anyone having a clue why this otherwise good software plays up and goes so terribly wrong? Support seems to be at a loss.

Could you explain in a little more details the exact problem they are seeing and if possible post a screen shot?
