Don’t translate PNG files! In the multilingual version it is impossible to make pictures for each language! But I have prepared pictures for the Russian language.

The latter most probably is supposed to indicate the link in the previous one. The first string is displayed as shown in the picture:
If spelling of ‘Anti-Theft Settings’ translations in these two strings is different, it makes CMS crash.
In other words CMS needs to find the content of “remote_wipe_text1_linkstr” inside “remote_wipe_text1” string, otherwise it stops working.

Please note Ukrainian translation included in the test build was from the user whose nickname is 6c6c6. We have been working with him on CIS translations since Dec 2010 and never heard any complaints from Ukrainian users. If you noticed any irregularities in CMS texts or otherwise are not happy with the translation, please send me the list of such so we could very quickly take decision on changes. Dear All,
Please update CMS translation files in accordance with new templates dated 23 Aug 2013. Changes affected strings.xml and strings2.xml files. Pls check cms notes.txt file with the list of changes made. Previous version of the templates is also attached for your easy reference.
Multilingual version 2.3 will be released in a few days (unfortunately, more precise info is not available). I’ll appreciate if you could send the translations ASAP.
