I just reinstalled windows and newly installed CIS and now on every startup cmdinstall.exe wants to connect to internet but I didn’t change its default settings in firewall application rules, so why? when I open its properties>details tab it shows 0 bytes size.
Also if I may I have second question since its also from configuration topic: will disabling “run cache builder when computer is idle” and changing theme to “classic” really reduce resource usage?
