I have installed the new version(after uninstalling the previous vs) and I still get cmdagent consuming 80-99% of CPU. I have to disable Defence+ and kill the process everytime I start windows.
I also use BitDefender Internet Security 10(firewall disabled) and Vista Inspirat 2
