Cmdagent drives CPU usage to 40...50%

Hi all.
I have found out a strange behaviour. If I disconnect the ADSL line, Cmdagent.exe sometimes drives Cpu usage to 40…50%.
The image below shows the typical screenshot from Process Monitor (by Sysinternals).

What happens?

I use Windows XP sp3 and Comodo Antivirus 8 (Comodo was carefully installed from scratch).

If I reconnect ADSL, Cmdagent.exe uses 0…1% of Cpu.
