I tried clt.exe. test file. Out of 34 tests, 1 test is scanned online & found safe, why???

Clt.exe is not meant to test a sandboxed and cloud based security suite like CIS 5.
It is meant to test the protective capabilities of a HIPS like Defense +. Testing it with v5 will only give skewed results.
