a question from a computer rookie: does one have to access a technician remotely in order for cloud scanner to clean your computer? system cleaner WAS able to clean my computer with out remote access but it will no longer work on my computer. i erased it and re-down loaded it several times with the same error coming up . it just shuts down. help

Newdeacon. Did you manually remove all left overs from CSC after you uninstalled it? I have seen a couple posts where things got solved after an *.ini file was removed.
