Cloud Lookup database file check

Is it possible to do a Cloud Lookup database file check (by not using CIS) to see if a certain file is known in the database and whether it is trusted or not?
For instance by submitting a SHA1 hash and getting back the file information known/unknown, trusted/untrusted and maybe the file name as well?
