I noticed that CIS6 icon is the last one to appear on windows Xp traybar. Does it mean that CIS is the last one to be loaded on system boot? If so…shouldn’t it be dangerous?

Its only the GUI that loads last, protection components load early, at boot up.
I hope so…

cmdagent is the core security service and cavwp is the scanning service.
On systems where the icon is a little slow, open windows task manager instantly when available and you will notice these services are already active.
