Russia is a very special counrty. Especialy when we are talking about free/non-free Software.
CIS - is very good solution for our country. It’s good software, it’s free software.
BUT !!!
Even english-speaking (-reading 
) users have many questions and need help.
Not everyone has enough knowledge in English for right understanding of CIS.
So, Russian Language in CIS Help will be a good point for english-speaking russians too.
Also, CIS is free, so that is a very big point why Russian “market” will turn to COMODO. But without Russian Translation it may become unreachable.

Россия - особая страна. Особенно когда речь заходит о бесплатном/платном программном обеспечении. CIS - хорошее решение для нашей страны. Это хороший продукт, это бесплатный продукт.
НО!!!
Даже у англо-говорящих(-читающих ) пользователей ест много вопросов и им нужна помощь.
Не у всех достаточно познаний в Англ. языке для корректного понимания работы CIS.
Так что Русский перевод будет хорошим подспорьем даже для англо-говорящих пользователей.
Также, CIS - бесплатен, поэтому русский “рынок” безусловно обратит на него внимание. Но без русского перевода этот рынок может стать недостижимым.

It would be very good in CIS to realise the built in help in Russian. Many users, without understanding an essence and possibilities of the program which it possesses, instal on computers set of other separate programs of safety «eminent manufacturers» which really do not fulfil the functions that leads to known consequences – to conflicts, lags and, eventually, loss of the data. CIS very well consults with all tasks, but unfortunately, from for a language barrier set of users cannot use it.
It would be good, if it is possible, that CIS had possibility to receive the detailed information about IP addresses with which programs at present work - so it would be easier to define their plan. For example, on pressing on IP the address in Firewall Alert a window, in window Firewall Events or Active Connections. Then the information on active programs would be more complete. It is a lot of similar tools. Then it is visually visible, who and whence shows heightened interest and allows to reveal threats.

Вопрос в никуда я считаю) если бы нашлись энтузиасты, они бы наверняка дали о себе знать. С другой стороны, без русскоязычного хэлпа, сей продукт что для вас реально темный лес? Существует данный форум, где одни и те же вопросы вроде бы перетираются неоднократно. Есть вопрос - решайте его конкретно через конкретные механизмы, вы же плодите одни и те же мысли из поста в пост, не неся никакой серьезной смысловой нагрузки.
Отсутствие русскоязычного хелпа … это минус comodo. Поэтому просьбу к тов. Мелиху считаю абсолютно нормальной.
Видимо стоит попросить ребят,которые переводили CCE.
По факту, CIS - довольно сложный продукт и новичку очень сложно в нем разобраться ( по этой причине многие от него отказываются). Русскоязычная часть населения - это очень большая часть населения планеты поэтому и считаю, что хелп на русском языке должен был быть уже давно.
