I am trying to update CIS Premium from the Check For Updates. It gets as far as Retrieving default.set… and stops. Then I get, An error occurred while updating. This has been going on for days. I am trying to update from 5.12 to the current update. Help. Chuck

Did you try uninstalling and re-installing the new version ? Btw, I m gonna search with the development if we have a server problem on the updates.

I do not believe you can update, as the files are vastly different,
You will have to uninstall, reboot, and do a clean install of the updated version.
