CIS Win 10 Scanning Issues

The issues are as follows, and yes I have done several reinstalls with clean uninstall.

  1. CIS auto scans even though its configured to not auto scan.
  2. Cis auto updates even though its configured not to do so.
  3. Cis throws an windows event error 6281----\Device\HardiskVolume3\Windows\System32\guard64.dll
