CIS v12.3.3.8140 blocks connections of 2 programs

Hello. We are talking about 2 programs. These are Naumen SoftPhone and cisco anyconnect. There is a problem with Internet connections. Although the programs are not in the CIS block.

That’s right, there are no blocked files. But when CIS is enabled, the naumen softphone program connects, but calls are not received. created a new report.
