Not that unexpected that latest uninstaller for .8012 didn’t remove ISE (unless it comes with 8124 too) and not surprised that after 1st use of uninstaller and restart there was still CIS (my guess is.8012 on fresh install state).

We are aware of this issue and the team is working on it.
Also we will check with the team and update you whether ciscleanuptool is supposed to remove the ISE or not.

well CIS uninstaller reseting CIS to fresh state has been issue since a long time and only reboot after running installer 1st time removes all. dunno if latest does same since it wasn’t compatible with 8012.
