Can you please update to latest v6420 and see if problem persists?

how to update to v6420 ?
i already uninstall and install again from Best Internet Security Software 2022 | Antivirus Total Security

still v6408…

Please share SHA-1 of installer you are installing.
Website has latest setup and it installs latest v6420.
