What you did:
Using my computer as “normal”.
What actually happened or you actually saw:
Everything is slowing down, small freezes all the time. cmdagent.exe is getting 200 hard faults/sec. With D+ on I get alot of errors like Perfmon in eventvwr and crashing firefox. Without D+ activated I (for now) only get general slowdown.
