CIS crashes Windows if try to run EXE from UNC path and HIPS in "Safe Mode"

CIS 2024 v12.3.2.8124. On Windows 11(22631.3593). When trying to run some exe from the network path and the HIPS was set as “Safe Mode”, Windows immediately restarts(without BSOD). Disabling the HIPS eliminates the problem.
