xp sp3 ,only cis 3.14.13009.
Generally CIS does not crashes ,but today while browsing the internet using firefox when i clicked on one link I recieved oops there is a bug in CIs and send report.
the report could not be send.
computer become totally unresponsipve. task manager could not be brought even by pressing ctrl +alt +delete( this is a very serious issue).
-starngly enough clicking on start button was working.
after trying to restart computer has to restaet by pressing Reset button.
I am attaching crash dump file as CIS failed to upload it, may be it is of little use.
