If i disconnect my network plug or block my internet connection, for instance by using my VPN Internet Kill switch, CIS start eating 55 % CPU after some minutes and stays there for at least 30 to 60 minutes. WHAT is WRONG with this stupid software???

- Are there any entries in the CIS logs when this happens? If so can you screen shot them?
