CIS 6.1 Update

I had 6.0 latest installed.

I checked for updates & it downloaded 203MB whereas 6.1 installer size is 144MB, why the big difference?

Is automatic upgrade & manual upgrade i.e download the installer & install on the top of the installed version the same thing?

On my Win 7 x86 it downloaded 161 MB and on Vista x64 190 MB. Not sure why it differs.

May be it does not compress the downloaded components as much as the installer does.

Mine is Win 7 64
