CIS 5.12 Long in tooth

CIS 5.12 running great,have been putting off updating to 6.How long will 5.12 be supported? Do you recommend updating? Thanks for you help.

The devs will have to comment on the lifespan of v5.12. Version 7.0 is now the current version:

Wow! I’m really outdated. Is this too old to keep up with the bad guys or is the technology still OK? Thanks

I think you’re still pretty protected. If you decide to update, be aware that the interface has changed dramatically. There have been new features added, virtual kiosk, fully virtualized sandbox and web filters. It may take you a while to adjust, but it isn’t that bad.
