CIS 3.8 blocks almost all .exe files on Vista x64

I have same problem CIS 3.8.65951.477 with Nod32 Antivirus 3.0.684 in Vista x64.
Only CIS 3.5.57173.439 works fine. All versions after 3.5.57173.439 I tried have same bugs.

Now, I’m trying to install CIS 3.9 Beta…
