Hello my friend, sometimes this really appears, it could be caused by the file size being larger than that supported by Comodo.

The content decoding error has been brought up a few times on here, but we haven’t gotten a response from Comodo on the issue. It’s frustrating. I hadn’t experienced it before this current version, and now I see it frequently. I’ve considered rolling back to the old version to see if it occurs so I can figure out if it’s a server issue or a bug in the current version of the program, but Comodo doesn’t seem all that interested in fixing it, so it would be a wasted effort.

I agree with you on everything. COMODO has not responded to this, we do not know if it is the server or a bug in the software. There are so many problems that we users who use Comodo do not know what the problem is. Comodo needs to take more care to look into these problems.

It is a server side issue. Also there is a max file size limit for sending files.

Hi saber716rus,

Thank you for reporting.
We will check and update you.

Thanks

I’ve been having this problem for a few days now.

I think we should think about how to transfer large files to an analytical service. Alternatively, you can perform on-site analysis and use neural networks for this. This is especially true for the sandbox.

Will there be any solution?

Hello friend, I have the same problem. From what I can see, I tested it today. The image below shows that nothing has changed. We still don’t have an answer as to what is happening or a solution to the problem.

This topic was created 17 days ago. I still haven’t found a solution to the problem below.

Looking at the scroll bar, it hasn’t finished and I’m still at 9% of the submission, and they can’t all be submitted. :disappointed:

No files are sent at all.

Exactly that, until now no one knows exactly what is happening with the CIS. :disappointed:

The fact is that it is not known, it is possible that the product will stop being released altogether. This makes everything look confusing.

Do you think these releases will only be in the paid version of the product?

Most likely, there will be no more free CIS!

I took an example, I have an *.exe file, and it was not sent to COMODO’s servers.
That’s why I’m saying there is a problem.

Another example that the problem continues, they are stopping sending some.

Now I took some examples with different extensions, look at the result.

What could be the problem?
I think it’s the COMODO servers, because I didn’t have these errors before.
Did it happen after the certificate was revoked or is it the servers?

Hi New_Style_xd,

We are trying to reproduce it, but to no avail.
However could you please provide us the steps to reproduce this issue ? (Attaching the issue reproduction video would be helpful - Not Mandatory)
Kindly provide us your location !
@All is any others facing the same issue ?

Thanks

My location is BRAZIL.
You can’t play it because you don’t have the same files that I have.

Hello!

I can suggest an installation program that you can download and install on your system. It contains files that your antivirus does not send for analysis, as well as the installer itself.

Link to the program: https://tcpu.ru/tcpu74.exe .

What you said is exactly what is happening to me: there are files that it does not identify and are not being sent to COMODO, they all give an error.

So far I think the problem is on COMODO’s servers or is linked to the certificate revocation problem.
