1. What actually happened or you saw:
CIS 10 only asks user how to run the file (Sandboxed or trusted) when it’s Unrecognized and when it requests elevated rights. If it doesn’t request elevated rights, it gets sandboxed and you have to manually unblock it which is very annoying.
2. What you wanted to happen or see:
I want CIS 10 to ask for EVERY program how to run it, not just those that require elevated rights. CCAV does this via Ask setting for Sandbox which does exactly this and it’s really convenient.
3. Why you think it is desirable:
Because it’s more convenient to decide before program gets run than if it gets sandboxed, stuck and then you have to kill it and unblock it and run it again. That’s incredibly annoying and complicated process for something that could be solved if CIS would simply ask you for EVERY unrecognized program. If you decide to use such configuration of course.
