cid install wizard

currently the cid install wizard appears on every startup. how do i permanently preven it from appearing? CID works fine.

Lets eliminate a faulty shortcut.
Do you get the same issue if you run CID direct from the following location?
C:\Program Files\COMODO\IceDragon

If the issue is still there, try downloading and running (Select the repair option) the installer from the following link.
Direct download estimated 55.5 MB.
https://download.comodo.com/icedragon/update/icedragonsetup.exe
