China on tv

Here’s my problem. I know that a redirect will cause your browser to open up a page a redirect virus has caused it to be redirected to, and I have read a lot on the ChinaOnTV redirect.
But mine opens up in what I think is Google player.
I have never used the player, so I really don’t know what it looks like, but says Google at top, sooo…
I can shut down my browser when getting offline, and there behind the browser, is the player running, and always with ChinaOnTV running on it.
It never redirects my browser, just the player tunning on. It doesn’t happen all the time, maybe 3-4 times a week.
I have ran Comodo, SuperantiSpyware and Windows Defender, and they didn’t find anything.
My mouse really flickers a lot lately, not sure if this has anything to do with it, I thought it might have been cause by something running behind the scene taking up ram.
Any thoughts?
Will add, that while the ChinaOnTv was running, and fake antivirus (your pc is infected) popped up, Comodo caught that one.
I have a Asus laptop with Windows 7, I5 processor and 4 gigs of ram.

Run a scan with MBAM and Hitman Pro. Also, post a HiJackThis log here.
If they find nothing, you can download CCE that come with KillSwitch (a process activity monitor tool) and when that player pops up, open it and search for the player. You can see more information by clicking Properties or just right-click it and Delete.
Mouse flickering is a bug in Flash Player. Update it to the latest version, as it is fixed now.

Ran a scan using all you gave, and nothing was found. I don’t use the player, so if I can find it in the OS, will just uninstall and delete it.
Google Chrome won’t let me update Flash, says it automatic. Went to the site, and it won’t let me either because of Chrome.
