TOPIC TITLE
This should summarise the issue. May be best to write it after drafting the issue report. A good title makes sure the right mods and the right devs look at the report
The bug/issue
What you did: tried to access CFW via right-click tray icon
What actually happened or you actually saw: nothing happened
What you expected to happen or see:expected pop-up to access CFW
How you tried to fix it & what happened:tried to access CFW through START but did not work either
Any other information (eg your guess regarding the cause, with reasons): noticed this was part of a topic from nov/2011 pervious version and like that time/version when I reboot the tray icon allows access to CFW, but after awhile (?) this option does not work. no idea (haven’t kept track) as to what causes tray icon access to fail/stop

MORE INFO ON PROBLEM : While I cannot access CFW through either the tray (lower right hand corner) or the START menu, it appears to be running as the little arrows (up and down) show in the red shield. But, now even after a restart there is no way to access CFW or be really sure it is functioning properly … HELP !
You may be asked to do test or changes to your setup by other Moderators to make sure it is a actual bug and not a problem with install/leftovers from other programs or problems with your configuration of CIS (Which may solve your problem).
The sole pupose of this board is to make sure enough information is supplied in the initial bug report so that it can be fixed, you may be asked for further information by a Staff member once it is moved to Verified.
Could you please post the missing information in your bug report, please add it to your first post.

OBVIOUSLY Denis2 I understand that the BUG forum is not the HELP forum … my use of the word HELP was simply a gensture of frustration as the problem … I assumed that it would be taken as such. Now on to the real issues … my missing information (per your request) :
Defense+, Sandbox, Firewall & AV security levels:D+=ON , Sandbox= ON, Firewall = ON, AV =NO … that’s why the Subject says CFW !
