I have the latest version of CFP installed on Win XP Pro. Often, as in most of the time, it appears to cause windows not to wnat to shut down normally when i click “shut down” option. I am not usiing another firewall, only CFP. Any ideas?
Hi Jw. What AV are you using?
If it’s causing Windows not to shutdown or is not closing correctly, you could take a look at Comodo won’t shut down
If it’s some other problem, would you mind posting some additional information about the situation. It might also be helpful to check the Windows logs. To do that, run eventvwr.msc from the start menu and check the System and Application logs for anything that relates to Comodo, at the time the PC is shutdown.
