CESM Console Shows Computer Infected After Maleware Was Deleted From Quarantine

I am a new Comodo Administrator dealing with my first infected computer. I deleted the files that were listed in the Quarantined section of the infected computer’s Endpoint Security tab but the Console still has the computer marked as Infected. I need to know what I have missed and how to resolve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I rebooted the PC that showed as infected after clearing quarantine and ESM picked it up as clean again.
