As Dragon seems to offer more certificate detail than other browsers, I think it would be useful (if possible) to be able to hover over the certificate icon and via a tooltip, display the various types of certificates available and what they mean (a brief description).
For example, if you visit https://startpage.com in Dragon, this icon appears differently in Chrome (see screenshot).
