- Your Operating System (and whether it’s 32bit/64bit);
Windows 7 x64
- Other Backup & Security Software Installed;
Dropbox, Cubby, CIS 6.3, Soluto (although it is not altering CDrive)
- How you produced the problem;
I created a new folder in CDrive (Comodo Cloud Drive) and called it Pictures. This is not inside of the Shared folder. I then copied a folder I have which contains 45 png pictures and pasted this inside of the newly created Pictures folder in CDrive.
What I noticed is that the copy (although it is only 2.56MB) is taking a very long time. Also, in the folder each of the png pictures is appearing, and then disappearing within a few seconds. Thus, the folder remains empty except for the few seconds in which the png appears before disappearing.
It almost seems that the cloud is rejecting the pictures for some reason. It has also become impossible to delete the folder, as Windows says it is in use. I was able to delete it after restarting.
- How you tried to resolve the problem;
Disabling DropBox and Cubby did not fix this issue.
- Screen-shots with the error (if any);
NA
- if the issue is a BSOD, please post all the dump files in \Windows\Minidump folder (you can compress them)

- if the issue is a crash, program stops responding or freezes please see this topic

- if the issue is an error (not program crash or freeze) please run the dbgInfo.bat in installation folder and post the resulting cbu file.
cbu file attached (run after reinstalling, as computer locked up when trying to cancel copy)

Dropbox, Cubby, CIS 6.3, Soluto (although it is not altering CDrive)
- How you produced the problem;
Each time I restarted the computer I am prompted to re-login to CDrive. The window to re-login (with my username and password already supplied) appears every time I restart.
- How you tried to resolve the problem;
I assume this may be caused by CIS not starting immediately, and blocking all apps which attempt to access the internet until it is initialized. However, I did not test this by disabling the Firewall. If you think this would be important please feel free to ask.
- Screen-shots with the error (if any);
I have attached a screenshot of the error shown after restarting. I have removed my username, and starred password from the pic, but both are stored correctly with CDrive. I just didn’t want them to be publicly available.

- How you produced the problem;
When I copy files into CDrive from somewhere else on my computer the copying window created by Windows shows that it is copying very slow. Essentially, I think it may be refusing to show that the transfer is complete until after it is uploaded. I’m not sure as this could be related to the bug I reported here.
- How you tried to resolve the problem;
I don’t know how to go about trying to solve this problem. However, disabling Dropbox and Cubby did not help.

When accessing a sub folder on cDrive I often get the message -

D:folder name is not accessible. - A device attached to the system is not functioning.

Windows 7 32 bit
CIS

This is reproduce-able on my Netbook after I restart the PC from Sleep/hibernation.
