sorry but is there a mac download of CD or Ice Dragon please and which would be the lightest on resources and also could i download these browsers on my laptop running linux mint 18.1 ?

Presently, Dragon, Chromodo and IceDragon are for Microsoft Windows. No such edition exists for Linux (e.g. Linux Mint, Ubuntu, etc.) or UNIX (OS X, macOS, etc.) at this time.
