I need 2 best Burner Softwares. One for Expert Users & One for Average Users. I know few but want to know what you guys suggest. For XP 32 & 7 64 Bits.

For average users you can use CD Burner XP. That is an easy to use freeware tool.
Arguably the best CD/DVD burning software without paying for something like Nero.

CDBurnerXP required .net framework. So installed it through Windows Optional Update. Now everything is fine but when system boot to desktop it takes app 3 mins to settle down & if I click on anything nothing opens & the system takes app 6 mins to settle down. After it settles down no prob.
I have observed one thing that system settles down when Wireless Icon appears in tha task manager. All the taskmanager icons appear immediately except wireless icon. I only have sound, power & Avast icons on task manager. Before .net framework installation wireless icon too appeared immediately. I tried reinstalling wireless driver (This is the latest driver) & also tried an older one (previous to this one) & tried uninstalling Avast too but the prob is still there. Also completed all the windows update related to .net till it showed no update available. Uninstalled .net & the prob was gone. Installed the .net prob appeared.

You will probably find that after installing or doing an update of the .Net framework that a high % of your cpu will taken up a by mscorsvw.exe. This is because the process is recompiling .Net assemblies and it should settle down eventually (time varies depending on factors like cpu, etc).
Let it do it`s thing, go have a coffee, re-boot and see if the problem persists.
