Hi vickelchen,
Thank you for the extensive report.

I noticed you have a long list of extensions, have you tried with all 3rd party extensions disabled?
I can not reproduce the issue myself, it will install issue free via Drag’n’Drop the .crx file or from the Web store.

In case of a corrupt Dragon user profile, you could try one of the following.

You could try the Portable version, this will eliminate any Dragon user profile issues.
Note: The Portable will not effect your installed version.
Portable Version

You could also create a new user profile without re-installing, but please note bookmarks, extensions, personal settings and preferences, etc will not automatically roll over to the new profile.
To create a new user profile in Comodo Dragon

I recommend backing up your bookmarks to a HTML file before hand, they can then be easily imported into the new profile.
Importing And Exporting Bookmarks
Of course trying any of the above is your choice.

Thank you.

Thanks for your help! Oddly enough, it worked the first time I tried it after posting this report even though I hadn’t yet changed anything. Go figure.

Thanks for your reply.
Some unknown glitch, good to hear all is OK now.
