CCS Upgrade/Update known issues

  • On 1.0.x.9 version there are no errors and you can update it from application (it downloads automatically when you start it). The upgrade option in not available from setup (only the repair).

  • If 2.0.x.6 is Installed on your PC you cannot upgrade it using setup. This option in not available from setup. CCS is updated from the application. For upgrade choose Update from top right menu. This issue is solved with 2.x.9.

  • With 2.0.x.9 (BETA2) on Windows 7 64bit, (possible on all 64 bits systems) it shows a message like “Update not available for portable version”. If you want to Update it you have to download the newest version from CCS website: http://cloud-scanner.comodo.com/ and install it.
