[CCAV 1.6.401581.335] Could not connect to cloud server. Reconnecting...

1. What actually happened
Running a “Full Scan” completes 1% each time and then displays “Could not connect to cloud server. Reconnecting…” and does not reconnect.

2. What you did to cause that to happen, step by step
a. Right click CCAV system tray icon
b. Select “Scan”
C. Select “Full Scan”

3. If you repeat these steps does the same thing always happen

4. What you expected or wanted to happen
To complete scan or at least reconnect after a while.

5. Operating system, whether 32 or 64bit, and service pack number
Windows 7 Pro SP1, 64-bit

CCAV full version number (from Help ~ About)

6. Any other security or sandbox software installed now or previously
Windows Firewall. Comodo Adbock extensions in Dragon

7. Does this problem occur if you load the default configuration and reboot

8. Any other relevant information (eg Your guess at the reason for the bug)
The same occurs under “Quick Scan” and “Rating Scan”
