I also receive ‘code 63’ every time I run Comodo back-up version 22.214.171.124
Three backup attempts with the same result using “Full” + “Simple Copy” backup setting on a Windows 7 64-bit system. The total volume of data I am backing up is 395 GB. I am backing up from two local drives to a USB 3.0 3 TB external drive (Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex).
As near as I can tell the backup includes all target files but after the last file is copied the following three lines appear every time:
[date] [time] An error occurred during backup
[date] [time] Processed 395 GB (29.3 MB/s)
[date] [time] Backup failed with code 63 (End encountered).
The sentence “An error occurred during the back-up process” appears in red text below the progress bar at the top of the window.
Can someone tell me what ‘code 63’ really means or how to avoid this error?
